About Harness
Harness Digital Solutions was born inside Apex Service Partners, the largest private-equity home services group in the world. We officed inside a local home service business, down the hall from dispatch and a few steps from the shop floor, while we helped scale Apex's network of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical companies. In the early days we even shared that space with a garage door company. Concrete floors, power tools, the whole bit.
That's where the obsession to bring "AI to the Trades" took hold. We learned marketing from the operator's side of the desk, measured in booked jobs and trucks on the road, and turned it into a strategic partnership with Apex and a software stack built for the way the trades actually run.
We aren't just vibe coders blindly following the whims of ChatGPT. We are developers with deep experience across all LLMs. We know which tool works best for which job, and use that knowledge to create end-to-end solutions for our clients.
We're proudly based out of OKC, Oklahoma, the home of cowboys, NBA champions, and at least one AI tech unicorn. While we have a love for home services, we've also worked with other industries to level up their business and marketing capabilities through AI adoption.
