Why we built our own
Most “marketing agency software” is one of two things:
- A reseller stack, Hubspot, Mailchimp, GBP toolkit, bundled at a markup
- A bolt-on dashboard that sits on top of the reseller stack and pretends to be analytics
Neither is what an operator needs. An operator needs systems that make the truck roll faster, the booking rate higher, and the dispatcher’s morning calmer. That’s what Harness software does. Every product was conceived in the field and shipped to solve a real revenue or labor problem in the trades.
How Harness software works with the marketing program
Most Harness clients buy the digital marketing program and get the relevant software bundled in, Pagestorm and Harness Agent are included unlimited at the Accelerate tier. But every product is also available standalone for operators who already have a marketing partner and just want the AI infrastructure layer.
